Terms of Service

1. Quotations

• All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are subject to change after this period due to variations in material cost, availability, or supplier pricing.
• A quotation becomes a confirmed booking only after written acceptance and receipt of the required deposit.
• By confirming, the client agrees to all terms, pricing, and scope of work stated in the quotation.

2. Payment Terms

• A non-refundable deposit (minimum 50%) is required before the event starts.
• The remaining balance is due on the same day of the event.
• Accepted payment methods include e-transfer, bank deposit, or cheque.
• Please make payment via E-Transfer to: payment@festuraevents.ca

3. Changes & Additional Services

• Any change to the confirmed quotation (e.g., items, theme, or schedule) must be requested in writing and approved by Festura Events.
• Additional services or materials will be billed separately and must be settled prior to the event.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Cancellations made 10–15 days before the event will incur a 25% charge of the total quoted amount.
• Cancellations made within 5 days of the event are subject to full payment.
• Postponement or rescheduling is subject to availability.

5. Rental Items

• All rental items remain the property of Festura Events.
• The client is responsible for any loss or damage during the rental or event period.
• Replacement or repair charges will apply if items are returned damaged or missing.

6. Venue Access & Setup

• Proper access to the venue (including setup area, power supply, and timing) must be arranged by the client.
• Delays caused by restricted access or other venue issues may affect setup quality and timing.

7. Liability

• Festura Events will take every precaution to ensure safe and timely delivery of services.
• However, we are not liable for delays, damage, or non-performance caused by events beyond our control (e.g., weather, venue restrictions, or technical issues).

8. Media & Promotional Rights

• Festura Events reserves the right to use photos or videos of event setups for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing by the client.
• Festura Events reserves the right to display its promotional and advertising materials at the event venue.

9. Acceptance

By approving this quotation and/or making payment, the client acknowledges full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
